How long do custom orders take?
Depending on the Design, please allow up to 3 weeks.

How long does shipping take?
For US orders 3 to 5 days.
International shipping allow 2 to 3 weeks depending on customs.
Do you expedite shipping?
If you need the item ASAP I can expedite upon request with an extra fee.

What is your Return Policy?
Please Note All Sales are Final, Especially Custom Orders.
I never received my order?
All orders include a tracking # from USPS.
You will receive the tracking # once package is shipped via email.

Do you Gift Wrap?
Every piece is packaged in a special box with a pink bow an a Thank You note with tips on how to care of your jewelry.

I received my item damaged, what do I do?
We try our hardest to protect each piece very carefully. If you still receive your item damaged in transit you can email me at pour-moi-@hotmail.com
Subject Damaged Package, and I'll help you resolve the issue.
Note: you are responsible for the shipping costs.
